Returns & Exchanges

  • All Sale items, swimwear and intimates are Final Sale items. This policy applies to both in-store and online purchases.
  • To Return or Exchange an item, it must be: unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have original tags attached. This policy applies to both in-store and online purchases. 

In-Store Policies

  • In-store, regular-priced items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days. Receipts are required as proof of purchase. Refunds are not available but store credit is provided where applicable.
  • Items returned for exchange which are no longer in-stock will be honoured with store credit.

Online Policies

  • Online, regular-priced items must be returned or exchanged with a postmark stamp within 5 days of receiving your purchase. Refunds are not available; store credit is provided where applicable. 
  • All returns and exchanges of online purchases must be accompanied by a completed Return/Exchange Form and original packaging.
  • Items returned for exchange which are no longer in-stock will be honoured with store credit.
  • Online items purchased as an exchange must be of equal or greater value.
To file a Manufacturer’s Defect Claim, Lurtz & Co. must be contacted immediately. Photos will be required to ensure proper validation. Items must meet all standard Return or Exchange policies. Lurtz & Co. will not authorize Store Credit until we receive your items for inspection.
