What exactly is Lurtz & Co. anyway?

Well, to say we love the classics is an understatement, and we are more than mildly obsessed with fabric and texture. We’ve taken our adoration for all of these and poured our hearts and souls into curating fashion for self and home, while adding some skin and body care in, for good measure of course. We began our journey as a brick and mortar store and have now expanded to offer online shopping!

Where is Lurtz & Co. located?

Our lovely boutique is located on Main Street in Penticton, British Columbia, Canada. We are nestled in the South Okanagan, where beaches, wineries, and friendly folks are plenty (You want to visit us now, don’t you?)

We are over the moon when it comes to texture, fabric, pattern and consciously-minded labels. As of now, we proudly carry:

What sizes do you stock?

Our sizing varies from brand-to-brand so it’s best to know your measurements when ordering online. If uncertain, we advise you to size up.

For women, we typically carry sizes 0-8 | XS-L | 26”- 32” in bottoms. Some of our clothing is also labeled One Size.

For men, we typically carry sizes S-L | 32”- 38” in bottoms. Pants run 32” in length unless otherwise stated.

In some cases, we may carry additional sizes.

How do I know what size I am?

Dig out your tape measure and we’ll go from there. This sizing chart is a good starting point, but not all brands size the same. If uncertain, we advise you to size up.

Can I shop safely?

Our site utilizes Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure the security of sensitive personal information through data encryption. We suggest that you logout after each visit for extra security measures, especially when using a shared-computer.

What methods of payment do you accept?

In-Store: Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard and Amex.

Online: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Google Pay, Apple Pay

Do you restock items currently listed as sold out?

There are several products that are deemed Must-Have, we typically restock them due to their insane popularity. If there is something that you’ve fallen in love with but we’re sold out of, contact us and we will see what we can do. Sadly, we can’t guarantee re-stock, but we will definitely look into for you!

I purchased an item on sale, can I return it?

All sale items are final sale. This policy applies to both in-store and online purchases.

I purchased a super cute swim suit but I’ve changed my mind. Can I return it?

All swimwear and intimates are final sale.

What are your in-store return/exchange policies? 

  • Regular-priced items have a limit of 7 days from the date of purchase to be considered for return or exchange.
  • Refunds are not available.
  • To return or exchange an item, it must be: unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have original tags attached. A receipt is also required for return or exchange.
  • Qualifying returns will be processed as store credit only.

What are your online store return/exchange policies?

  • Items eligible for return for store credit or exchange must be postmarked for Lurtz & Co. within 5 days of receiving your purchase.
  • All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a return/exchange form  and original packaging.
  • Items returned for exchange which are no longer in-stock will be honoured with store credit . Items must meet all standard exchange criteria.
  • Items chosen as part of an exchange must be of equal or greater value.
  • Returns and exchanges on all items must be: unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have original tags attached.
  • If you receive an item with a manufacturer's defect, we ask you to contact us immediately. Photos will be required to ensure proper validation. Items must be returned with original packaging and meet standard return and exchange criteria. Store credit will not be issued until Lurtz & Co. receives your returned items for inspection.
  • Lurtz & Co. is not responsible for shipping fees or lost/stolen returns and exchanges. We strongly suggest obtaining a tracking number and purchasing shipping insurance when returning your items.
  • When returning or exchanging an item, original and/or subsequent shipping fees are non-refundable.

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we are set up to ship throughout Canada. That said, we adore the rest of the continent / hemisphere / world, so if you see something that you love, contact us and we will do our very best to help you out. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Is it possible to pick-up my online purchases in-store rather than having them shipped?

If you are local or will be visiting Penticton soon, then yes! We are happy to hold your items in-store for up to a week following purchase. When picking up in-store, please bring a copy of your Purchase Confirmation so we can authorize the release of your items. Arrangements must be made, at time of purchase, to extend Date of Pick-Up beyond the maximum week-long hold-time. You can do so by emailing We will return your email to confirm this arrangement.

What are your shipping rates?

The following is based on Canada Post vacuumed-sealed envelopes:

Standard (letter-mail) | Up to 9 business days:

  • Orders $1-$99: $10
  • Orders $100-$174: $6
  • Orders $175+: Free
  • Local Pick-up in Penticton | Held in-store up to 7 consecutive days: Free

Is there anything else shipping-related that I should know?

We are happy to offer our customers an economical way to buy all their faves without breaking the bank on shipping costs. Our shipments will arrive via Canada Post.

Please note:

  • Standard shipping is not eligible for tracking and/or insurance. Lurtz & Co. will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. We are also not liable for shipping-related product damage.
  • We strongly advise you to upgrade your shipping to include tracking and insurance (of up to $100 value), so that if your package is lost, stolen or damaged, you are able to file a claim with Canada Post.
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs.
